ICONIQA Hotel Mumbai International Airport Unveils Tiffin Terrace, Inspired by Mumbai's Terrace Culture

Mumbai, June 23:  Built around the philosophy of “Noon Gets Naughty”, ICONIQA Hotel Mumbai International Airport announces the launch of Tiffin Terrace at Kadak, a brand-new open-air dining destination that brings together South India Remixed flavours, chaat and chakhna-style plates, and relaxed gatherings right at the airport.

The concept introduces its signature Quarter Club experience, where guests can choose their preferred spirit served in a branded quarter bottle at the table. With a stamp card programme where every fifth Quarter Club bottle is offered on the house, the ritual of “pour, stamp and repeat” adds a playful and distinctive element to the terrace experience. Guests can also choose from Indian spirit-inspired cocktails, cutting beer, draught beers and a wide selection of spirits.

Tiffin Terrace also brings alive the idea of “One Terrace, Three Temperatures”, moving through the day from relaxed lunches and afternoon catch-ups to sunset gatherings and easy-going evenings. Big screens around the space will broadcast the World Cup and other major sporting events, creating a day-to-night format for both travellers and Mumbaikars.

The menu is anchored by two distinct sections: South India Remixed and Chakhna & Snacks. South India Remixed features Bengaluru Benne Dosa, Appam with Mangalorean Prawn Curry, Onion Open Dosa with Mutton Pepper Fry, Nool Paratha with Tandoori Lobster Rechad and Ghee Rice with Goan Crab Curry. The Chakhna & Snacks selection includes Pani Puri Flight, Vada Pav Chura & Thecha, Sev Puri Bombay Caviar, Ragda Pattice Gold Dust, Banarasi Tamatar Chaat and Button Paniyaram. Together, the menu draws from familiar regional flavours while presenting them in a format designed for sharing.

Located within ICONIQA Hotel Mumbai International Airport, Tiffin Terrace brings a relaxed terrace-style dining format to the airport district for travellers, hotel guests and neighbourhood diners.

Speaking at the launch, Arjun Baljee, Founder, ICONIQA Hotels & Resorts and President, ROHL, said, “We wanted Tiffin Terrace to feel less like a restaurant and more like a ritual. The kind of place where lunch turns into sunset drinks, conversations outlast plans and nobody is looking at the clock. It is rooted in the terrace culture many of us grew up with, where there was no dress code, no occasion and no pressure, just good food, good company and the luxury of time.”With regional flavours, a quarter bottle-led beverage programme and an open-air setting, Tiffin Terrace introduces a new dining format to Mumbai’s airport neighbourhood, drawing inspiration from the easy-going informality of the city’s terrace culture.
