Highway Infrastructure Limited (HIL), an integrated infrastructure platform with diversified operations across Tolling, Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC), and Real Estate, has announced significant additions to its toll operations portfolio with new contract wins in Uttar Pradesh and Tamil Nadu.

The latest developments further strengthen HIL’s position in the toll management and highway operations segment and are expected to support the company’s revenue growth over the coming fiscal years.

HIL has executed a Work Order from the Uttar Pradesh Expressways Industrial Development Authority (UPEIDA) for toll collection and plaza management services for the Gorakhpur Link Expressway. The contract has a tenure of two years and is valued at ₹220.66 crore, comprising ₹105.08 crore in the first year, with a 10% escalation applicable in the second year.

In another significant development, HIL received a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) on September 30, 2026, for operations at Velanchettiyur Fee Plaza on NH-7 in Tamil Nadu. The contract is valued at ₹24.46 crore, further expanding the company’s operational footprint in the tolling segment.

With these recent contract additions, alongside its existing tolling operations, HIL expects its tolling vertical to generate more than ₹400 crore in revenue over the next two years.

Speaking on the development Mr. Arun Kumar Jain, Managing Director, Highway Infrastructure Limited said: “We are pleased to strengthen our tolling portfolio with these important contract wins in Uttar Pradesh and Tamil Nadu. The Gorakhpur Link Expressway and Velanchettiyur Fee Plaza contracts reflect the trust placed in HIL’s operational capabilities and execution expertise. With a growing portfolio of toll operations, we remain focused on delivering efficient highway management services while creating long-term value for all our stakeholders.”
