Delhi, May 8: Gateway Distriparks Limited (GDL), a leading multimodal logistics company in India, announced its financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, reporting strong annual growth in revenue and throughput volumes.

For FY26, the company reported total revenue of Rs 2,211.8 crore, registering a 31.6% year-on-year increase, while EBITDA rose 19.3% to Rs 497.5 crore. Profit After Tax (PAT) for the year stood at Rs 259.4 crore, up 7.3% compared to FY25.

GDL’s total throughput for FY26 increased 5.4% year-on-year to 7,64,065 TEUs, supported by steady growth in its rail logistics business. The Rail Vertical recorded throughput growth of 9.4% during the year, while the Container Freight Station (CFS) business reported moderate growth of 1.5%.

For Q4 FY26, total throughput rose 2% year-on-year to 1,88,179 TEUs. Quarterly revenue stood at Rs 533.7 crore, while EBITDA and PAT came in at Rs 122.8 crore and Rs 63.7 crore respectively.

The company stated that the financials include the consolidation impact of Snowman Logistics Limited, which became a subsidiary from December 24, 2024.

Prem Kishan Dass Gupta said that while the company delivered strong performance during the first nine months of FY26, the fourth quarter was impacted by the West Asia crisis, which affected trade visibility and customer sentiment.

He added that the company remains optimistic about medium- to long-term trade growth, supported by India’s expanding trade agreements with global markets. GDL is also expanding its domestic logistics operations, including steel coil movement from Ankleshwar, development of a new Inland Container Depot (ICD) at Indore, and the continued expansion of Snowman Logistics’ warehousing network through owned and asset-light models.
