Paul Maguire, based in London, steps into a full-time leadership role after serving as a Board Advisor to the company for over three years. As Chief Growth Officer, he will lead EvoluteIQ’s global go-to-market strategy, focusing on enterprise expansion, strategic partnerships, and scaling adoption of its AI-driven automation solutions across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
Abhinaya S R, based in Bengaluru, will oversee global people strategy and organisational development. Her role will focus on strengthening talent architecture, leadership development, and organisational culture across EvoluteIQ’s global operations.
Sameet Gupte, CEO and Co-Founder of EvoluteIQ, highlighted India’s central role in the company’s growth, noting that Bengaluru serves as the technological and innovation hub of its global operations. He stated that the new appointments will help accelerate global expansion while maintaining organisational strength and cultural integrity.
The leadership expansion comes at a time when the global Agentic AI market is witnessing rapid growth, with enterprises increasingly shifting from isolated automation pilots to enterprise-wide intelligent operations. EvoluteIQ’s proprietary platform, built on its Agentic Mesh Architecture, is designed to enable organisations to deploy and scale AI-driven business processes across complex environments.
Headquartered in Stockholm, EvoluteIQ operates R&D centres in Bengaluru and Menlo Park, with commercial offices in London and New York. The company serves Fortune 500 enterprises across sectors including banking, financial services, insurance, healthcare, telecommunications, and manufacturing.
These appointments reinforce EvoluteIQ’s commitment to scaling its global footprint while strengthening leadership across growth and talent function.
