New Delhi, June 12: Dr. Rishi Raj Borah, Country Director, Orbis India, has been conferred the prestigious Champions of Change Award for Leadership in Humanitarian Service by the Lions Council of India, in recognition of his outstanding contributions to advancing equitable healthcare access, community welfare, and social development through transformative eye care initiatives.
