New Delhi, Sep 23: Women are not just participating in India’s business story; they are increasingly shaping it. Celebrating this spirit of entrepreneurship and enterprise, the CII Indian Women Network, Delhi Chapter is bringing together women-led businesses at Elite Affaires, a one-day business bazaar to be held on 23 September 2026 at Hyatt Regency, New Delhi.
The initiative brings together a curated community of women entrepreneurs and women-led enterprises, creating a platform where businesses can showcase their products, build visibility, connect with new audiences and explore meaningful opportunities for collaboration. From fashion, lifestyle and food to wellness, design, gifting and emerging businesses, Elite Affaires reflects the diversity of enterprises being conceptualised, built and led by women today.
For CII-IWN Delhi, the initiative extends beyond merely creating a marketplace. It aims to foster an ecosystem of visibility, opportunity, and collaboration, where women entrepreneurs can connect with customers, partners, mentors, and fellow entrepreneurs.
Ruchika Jain, Chairperson, CII IWN Delhi Chapter, said:
“Elite Affaires is our celebration of women who have chosen to build, create and lead. Every enterprise here has a story of courage, perseverance and possibility behind it. We wanted to create a platform where these women and their businesses could be discovered, supported and celebrated—not just by other women, but by the larger community.”
She added:
“Our theme for the year, ‘Rise Beyond, Reach Within’, is about encouraging women to move beyond perceived boundaries while recognising the strength and potential within themselves. Elite Affaires brings that philosophy to life through entrepreneurship. When women create businesses, they create opportunities, not only for themselves, but for the communities and ecosystems around them.”
The bazaar is being organised as part of CII IWN Delhi’s broader commitment to women’s economic empowerment, entrepreneurship, leadership and networking. It aims to encourage greater visibility for women-led enterprises and foster connections that can translate into sustained business opportunities.

Importantly, Elite Affaires is open to everyone. The initiative also reflects CII IWN Delhi’s belief that empowerment is strengthened when women have access to markets, networks, knowledge and opportunities to grow.
The 2026–27 theme of CII IWN Delhi, “RISE BEYOND. REACH WITHIN”, represents a call for women to look beyond limitations, recognise their own capabilities and use them to create meaningful impact.
Elite Affaires is one expression of that vision, bringing together women who are already turning ideas into enterprises and aspirations into action.
