The prestigious award was presented by Bollywood actress Geetanjali Mishra at the awards ceremony held in New Delhi.

His experience in Thailand has provided opportunities to work with multicultural dining audiences and present Indian flavours within contemporary international hospitality settings.
Chef Sharma’s culinary philosophy combines traditional Indian flavours with modern presentation and professional kitchen practices. His international experience has also strengthened his understanding of varied guest preferences, service expectations and the operational demands of high-quality hospitality.
