Bengaluru,Sep 17: Bold & Beyond, an integrated communications agency, has been appointed to lead the integrated communications and branding mandate for Manas Developers, one of Goa’s leading premium real estate developers.
As part of the mandate, Bold & Beyond will work across brand communications, public relations and social media for Manas Developers. The engagement will focus on bringing greater coherence to how the brand communicates its projects, philosophy and approach to development, while building on the experience and relationships it has established over the years. It will also support the company as it looks to build on its existing presence and take its next steps as a real estate business.
Founded in 2000 by first-generation entrepreneur Tanmay Kholkar, Manas Developers has developed and delivered over 4 lakh sq. ft. across Goa, with a portfolio spanning premium residences, villas, plotted developments, commercial spaces and mixed-use projects. Its developments span locations including Miramar, Panaji, Moira, Salvador do Mundo and Bambolim, among others. Over three decades, the company has grown through a focus on project delivery, customer relationships and a close understanding of the Goa market.
