Mumbai, Sep 15: BLUORNG returns with a new store that is larger in scale, sharper in expression and designed to reflect the brand it has become. More than an expansion of its retail footprint, the new space marks the next chapter for one of India’s most distinctive streetwear labels, bringing together architecture, design and product in a setting that feels unmistakably BLUORNG.

For Siddhant Sabharwal and Mokam Singh, the founders of BLUORNG, the evolution of the brand has always been as much about building a world around the product as it has been about the clothes themselves. That same approach now extends to the brand’s Mumbai store. The reopening reflects the scale at which BLUORNG now operates and the role its physical spaces play in bringing the brand to life.
Designed by Prakhar Jain and Shivangi Sharma, co-founders of Metanoia Designs, the store is conceived around a series of freestanding planes and staggered walls. Their varying lengths, heights and placements create movement through the space, while carefully framed sightlines allow the collection to reveal itself gradually. The architecture creates a strong visual rhythm while allowing the product to remain at the centre of the experience.
The design language is intentionally elegant and timeless, introducing a more refined dimension to BLUORNG while retaining the edge and individuality that have always defined the brand. The result is a space that feels less like a conventional retail store and more like a physical expression of the BLUORNG universe.
Over the past five years, BLUORNG has grown from an emerging streetwear label into a distinctive fashion and lifestyle brand with a strong cultural presence across India. Its approach has always been rooted in creating its own language rather than simply following the established codes of streetwear evident across its silhouettes, graphics, collections, spaces and the wider experiences it creates around the brand.
That distinct point of view has helped BLUORNG build a fiercely loyal community and a growing presence across Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Gurugram and Noida. As the brand continues to evolve, its stores have become an increasingly important part of that universe, offering a physical expression of the design language and culture that surround BLUORNG.
The reopening comes at a defining point in BLUORNG’s journey. As Siddhant and Mokam look towards international markets, the ambition is to build a globally relevant lifestyle brand from India scaling its presence while remaining uncompromising about the design integrity, independence and distinct point of view that have shaped BLUORNG from the beginning.
