ST. LOUIS, August 5 — Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), a private equity firm based in St. Louis, today announced the acquisition of Buckley Belcher & Company, LLC (Buckley Belcher) by ATIS, a TSCP portfolio company and premier provider of elevator and escalator safety inspections, consulting, and managed services across North America.
Buckley Belcher is a provider of elevator consulting and managed services to building owners, property managers, and architects across the United States. With this addition, ATIS further strengthens its consulting and managed services capabilities, expanding its ability to support clients throughout the full lifecycle of their vertical transportation assets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
