New Delhi, Aug 17: Asian Footwears participated in Bharatiya Vyapar Mahotsav 2026, a four-day trade festival held from 12th to 15th August at Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. Jointly organised by the Confederation of All India Traders and the India Trade Promotion Organisation, the Mahotsav brought together over 700 stalls and trade delegations from more than 40 countries across sectors spanning MSMEs, startups, women-led enterprises, technology, infrastructure, and traditional crafts. At its stall, Asian Footwears displayed a curated a range of designs for men and women from its wider portfolio of over 2,500 footwear styles, spanning the sports, athleisure, school, casual, and comfort segments. Asian Footwears’ product range is receiving an overwhelming response from consumers, reflecting strong customer acceptance and growing preference for the brand.

Asian Footwears operates in a footwear market that has grown considerably over the past decade. India is now the world’s second-largest footwear manufacturer, holding a 13 per cent share of global production, with the domestic footwear market estimated at $11–12 billion annually and projected to cross $17 billion by the end of the decade. Sports and athletic footwear alone account for 25–30 per cent of this market, growing at a healthy 11–12 per cent CAGR. Within this landscape, Asian Footwears has built a firm position in the Rs 700–1,500 price segment.
