September 23, 2026: ArMee Infotech Limited, IT infrastructure and IT managed services company, which has ventured into the retail sales space through Experience Zones and Renewable Energy Space, has successfully raised ₹3,993.75 lakhs from anchor investors through the sale of 10,65,000 equity shares priced at ₹375/- each.
Anchor investors, including ABUNDANTIA CAPITAL VCC – ABUNDANTIA CAPITAL III, VIKASA INDIA EIF I FUND – INCUBE GLOBAL OPPORTUNITIES, AMITSG VENTURES FUND, and VBCUBE VENTURES TRUST – VBCUBE VENTURES FUND II subscribed to the anchor book.
The initial public offering for subscription will start from Wednesday, September 23, 2026 and will conclude on Friday, September 25, 2026. The price band for the issue has been fixed at ₹350-₹375 per share, and bids can be made for a minimum of 40 equity shares and in multiples of 40 equity shares of face value of ₹10 thereafter.
The Company intends to raise ₹30,000 lakhs at the higher end of the price band from the offering and aims to be listed on the BSE & NSE platforms. Khandwala Securities Limited and Saffron Capital Advisors Private Limited are the Book Running Lead Managers, and Cameo Corporate Services Limited is the Registrar to the Issue.
The IPO comprises Issue of equity shares of face value of ₹10 each aggregating up to ₹30,000 lakhs through book-building route.
According to Red Herring Prospectus, ArMee Infotech Limited intends to utilize ₹15,500 lakhs from the Issue proceeds for the purpose of securing PBGs for expansion of business, ₹6,000 lakhs for funding the Company’s working capital requirements, ₹650 lakhs for prepayment or repayment of certain outstanding borrowings availed by the company and plans to deploy the remaining funds for general corporate purposes and issue expenses.
ArMee Infotech Limited is led by management team with extensive industry experience. Its Promoters, Kiritkumar Chimanbhai Patel and Ami Ridhish Patel have been associated with the Company since its inceptions and have experience of over two decades. Ridhish Kiritbhai Patel joined the operations of the Company as an Executive Director in 2012, and has an experience of more than a decade. The management and senior management team of the Company is supported by a team of qualified personnel with relevant domain experience in IT and renewal energy sector which provides with a competitive advantage as the Company seeks to expand our service portfolio.
