Established as an independent entity, ARKOGPM GCC India will house dedicated capabilities in data and analytics, finance and business operations that are core to ARKO‘s multi-year transformation agenda. The centre will serve as an operating partner to ARKO‘s leadership, embedding deep technical expertise into strategic decision-making.

ARKO operates across more than 30 U.S. states, is one of North America’s most extensive convenience retail networks through its subsidiary GPM Investments, LLC, and its subsidiary ARKO Petroleum Corp., itself a public company traded on NASDAQ, which is a leader in wholesale fuel distribution and fleet fuelling services. By bringing together exceptional talent and a collaborative operating model, we’re creating capabilities that strengthen decision-making, improve operational excellence and help accelerate ARKO‘s business.”
Strategic Positioning in a Competitive Retail Landscape

For a company operating more than 1,000 convenience stores and supplying fuel to more than 2,000 independent fuel stations across geographically dispersed markets in the U.S., the ability to innovate quickly, analyse complex operational data, and modernize enterprise systems is increasingly competitive. ARKO‘s India GCC is designed to address these imperatives head-on building analytics platforms, modernizing business processes, and developing the talent infrastructure required for sustained innovation.

Vinodh Ramachandran, Senior Director and India Site Head, ARKOGPM GCC India Private Limited, framed the launch in operational terms,
“India’s talent ecosystem provides access to deep engineering and technology expertise, but what matters is how we deploy it. We’re building capabilities that accelerate ARKO‘s transformation roadmap. Whether it’s enterprise modernization, analytics at scale, or digital innovation, these capabilities are being architected from Bengaluru. That changes how fast and how effectively ARKO can execute its strategic priorities.”
Finance, Analytics, and Operational Scale
The inauguration also reflects ARKO‘s expanding sophisticated analytics and finance capabilities to support growth across its complex, multi-state retail and wholesaling operations. Galagher Jeff, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, ARKO Corp., emphasized, “Scaling finance and analytics capabilities is essential to our growth strategy. By establishing a dedicated finance and analytics operation in Bengaluru, one that’s staffed with highly skilled professionals and built on modern operating principles, we’re positioning ourselves to drive smarter decision-making and operational efficiency across the enterprise. This is infrastructure for the next phase of ARKO‘s growth.”
Building India as a Transformation Hub

The launch of ARKOGPM GCC India comes at a time when global enterprises are increasingly treating India operations as central to corporate strategy, not peripheral to it. ARKO‘s move signals confidence in India’s talent depth, engineering maturity, and the country’s ability to support enterprise-scale transformation initiatives.
The centre will be headquartered in Bengaluru, positioned to tap into the city’s growing ecosystem of engineering talent, digital innovation capability, and enterprise transformation expertise.
