SAN FRANCISCO, August 11 — Andersen Group Inc. (NYSE: ANDG), one of the fastest-growing global professional services firms, today announced the acquisition of Andersen Mexico, a leading tax and legal firm, along with five U.S.-based Andersen Consulting firms—Clareo, BD Emerson, Daniels Consulting Group, Endeavor Management and Zenger Folkman—further strengthening its integrated, multi-dimensional professional services platform while accelerating the growth of Andersen Consulting.
The transactions are expected to contribute approximately $34.5 million in annualized revenue, increasing the total annualized revenue from acquisitions announced since Andersen’s first quarter update to approximately $67 million.
The acquisition of Andersen Mexico expands Andersen’s presence in one of North America’s most important markets, strengthening the firm’s ability to serve multinational corporations and growing businesses with integrated tax, legal and business advisory services.
The remaining five acquisitions expand Andersen Consulting’s capabilities in the United States across several high-growth disciplines:
- Artificial Intelligence and Digital Transformation – Leveraging AI and emerging technologies to modernize operations, improve decision-making and accelerate digital transformation.
- Strategy, Innovation and Growth – Helping organizations define strategy, unlock new growth opportunities and strengthen competitive advantage.
- Enterprise and Finance Transformation – Improving operational and financial performance through business transformation, process optimization and technology enablement.
- Cybersecurity – Strengthening cyber resilience by helping organizations manage cyber risk, regulatory compliance and protecting critical assets.
- Human Capital and Organizational Transformation – Developing high-performing organizations by strengthening leadership, aligning talent with business strategy and leading organizational change.
These transactions reflect the depth of Andersen’s acquisition pipeline and its continued investment in consulting. Andersen Consulting now includes more than 37,000 professionals globally, and the Company continues to evaluate more than 27 consulting firms in various stages of discussion and integration. Management is also pursuing acquisitions across tax, legal, valuation and consulting services in key markets around the world, supporting sustained revenue growth, earnings expansion and long-term shareholder value.

These transactions are expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026.
