Ador Showcases Advanced Welding Cobots and Robotic Solutions at E Manufacturing EXPO 2026

May 06: Ador, a leading player in industrial welding and automation solutions, recently unveiled its latest innovations at E Manufacturing EXPO 2026 held in New Delhi earlier this month. The showcase highlighted Ador’s expanding portfolio of collaborative robots (cobots) and robotic welding solutions, aimed at improving operational efficiency, accuracy, and adaptability across industrial applications.

The Ador XLogic Welding Cobot is built for sectors such as automobiles, railways, shipbuilding, steel structures, and heavy machinery. Designed to perform reliably in demanding environments, it supports materials like carbon steel and stainless steel. Its intuitive drag-and-teach functionality enables operators to program welding paths without coding, significantly reducing setup time. The system handles complex and multi-layer welding applications with consistency, while real-time adaptive capabilities ensure optimal welding paths, minimizing defects and enhancing output quality. As a part of the Smart Manufacturing Solutions portfolio, the AxBot automation product line offers standard and customized, ready-to-deploy systems tailored to your needs—complete with add-ons like rotators, manipulators, custom tables, smart sensors, and IoT integration.

Ador also showcased its robotic welding solutions, featuring power sources compatible with leading global robot manufacturers, enabling customers to choose systems that best align with their operational requirements.

The portfolio includes Champ Multi and Champ Pulse power sources. Champ Multi is a versatile, multi-process solution compatible with mild steel and stainless steel, delivering reliable performance and ease of use. It is best suited for entry-level and standard fabrication applications such as general automotive, structural work, and general fabrication.

Champ Pulse, on the other hand, is designed to achieve superior weld finish, offering reduced spatter, enhanced control, optimized heat input, and higher welding speeds, along with real-time monitoring for more efficient operations.

Speaking on the participation, Lajpat Yadav, Chief Operating Officer, Ador Welding Limited, said, “The event was an important platform for us to demonstrate our commitment to advancing welding automation in India. With solutions like the Axbot- an integrated cobot solution and our Champ series power sources, we aim to make automation more accessible and adaptable for modern manufacturing needs. As industries increasingly adopt smart manufacturing practices, there is a growing demand for solutions that deliver consistency and scalability. Our focus remains on helping customers improve performance, reduce operational inefficiencies, and achieve high-quality welding outcomes through future-ready technologies.”

With its expanding portfolio of intelligent welding solutionsAdor continues to strengthen its position as a trusted partner for industries transitioning towards smarter and more efficient manufacturing practices.
