Kolkata, West Bengal, Aug 18: Aakash Educational Services Limited (AESL), one of India’s leading test-preparatory organisations for aspiring doctors, engineers, and state board students announced ANTHE 2026 at Aakash Kolkata West Bengal – 23 Circus Avenue Kolkata-700017.
Launched in 2010 to provide substantial financial support to deserving students through scholarships, ANTHE has evolved into one of India’s largest talent hunt examinations. Over the past 16 years, more than 80 lakh students have taken the examination. ANTHE 2025 witnessed over 18 lakh registrations, with more than 13 lakh students appearing.
ANTHE 2026 goes beyond scholarships by providing students with a Personalised ANTHE Intelligence Report Card. It will offer National Benchmarking, Subject-wise Academic Insights, Competitive Exam Success Potential (CESP), Attempt Intelligence Quotient (AIQ), Test-Taking Personality and a Competitive Exam Lens, helping students understand their strengths, improvement areas and next steps.
ANTHE 2026 will be conducted in both offline and online modes. The offline examination will be held on 11 October, 25 October and 1 November 2026, while the online examination window will be from 27 October to 1 November 2026. Students currently studying in Classes V to XII are eligible to appear. The examination will be conducted in English, Hindi and Bengali.
Students of Classes V and VI will take a 40-question examination carrying 80 marks, while students from Classes VII to XII will take a 40-question examination carrying 90 marks. The examination duration is one hour, with no negative marking.
Students appearing in offline mode can avail scholarships of up to 100% on the entire course fee, while online candidates can avail up to 80% scholarship on tuition fees, subject to eligibility and performance. Approximately ₹250 crore worth of scholarships and ₹2.5 crore worth of cash awards are offered every year across Aakash programmes.
The registration fee is ₹200 for both modes. Students registering before 31 August 2026, subject to the first 1 lakh registrations, can register at ₹100 under the Independence Day Special Offer. Students from Classes VII to X will also receive Flash Cards worth ₹2,000 free of cost.
Students will receive a sample paper, access to mock tests and the Aakash Daily app to support their preparation.
