4 New Menus to Try This Monsoon Across Mumbai

Rather than weathering the monsoon traffic for the usual routine, Mumbai’s top dining rooms are offering a fresh lineup. Nara Thai, Thai Naam, KOKO and Soraia have unveiled seasonal menus that lean into deep curries, complex spices and cross-cultural plates built for rainy-day dining. Here is where to book a table this monsoon.

Nara Thai – Curry Shop Menu

Description: A new menu focused on Thai curries, noodles and small plates, created with a chef flown in from Thailand to work alongside Nara Thai’s culinary team. If you’re looking for a comforting Thai meal, this menu has plenty of curry and rice-based options that work well for the monsoon. Must try: Massaman Lamb Curry with Smoked Coconut Rice, Southern Curry Bowl, Spicy Rice Noodles and Seabass Fillet in Yellow Curry. For dessert, try the Coconut & Pandan Pudding.

Where: Worli, Mumbai

Time: 12 – 4 PM | 7 PM – 1 AM

KOKO – Chef’s Special Menu

Description: Traditional Mala is famously pungent, tongue-numbing, and heavy-handed. KOKO’s version tempers that raw intensity. The kitchen balances out the spice’s sharp edges to highlight its rich, warming flavor across dim sum, seafood, and wok-tossed mains.  Must try: Imperial Lamb Dumpling, Mala Chicken, Thai Chilli, Lobster & Scallions, Mala Style and Lamb Chop Fried Rice. Save room for Brown Butter Indulgence.

Where: Goregaon & Lower Parel, Mumbai

Time: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM | 7 PM – 1 AM

Thai Naam – New Menu Additions

Description: A set of new additions to Thai Naam’s existing menu, bringing in dishes across dumplings, small plates, mains and dessert. There’s a good mix to order for the table, whether you’re looking for something light, something hearty or a dish to share. Must try: Chicken Wonton with Burnt Chilli, Asparagus & Spinach Dumplings with Yellow Curry, Truffle Baked Crab, Chengdu Style Lamb and Katsu Curry Chicken. Finish with the Matcha Crepe Cake.

Soraia – Taste of Soraia

Description: A set menu that brings together Soraia’s take on Indian dishes, with options across small plates, mains and desserts. The menu works well if you want to try a few different dishes in one sitting, moving from familiar flavours like Pao Bhaji and Rogan Josh to dishes with a Soraia-style twist. Must try: Avocado Chaat, Gucchi Silk Kebabs, Truffle Chicken Tikka, Makhni Chicken Kulcha Taco and Kashmiri Mutton Roganjosh. For dessert, go for the Rasmalai Tres Leches.
