Mumbai, August 20: 360 ONE, one of India’s wealth and asset management firms, with an AUM of USD 82 billion, announced the appointment of Abhishek Bhalotia as Chief Growth & People Officer. Abhishek will lead two crucial, group-wide agendas: Growth, Business Development & Revenue Practice Management, and the People agenda.
Abhishek will shape and drive 360 ONE’s business development strategy across the Wealth, Asset Management and Capital businesses, spanning key client segments including ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW), high-net-worth (HNW), and non-resident Indians (NRI), as well as institutional mandates and priority geographies globally.

Abhishek will also lead the People Agenda for 360 ONE, shaping the Group’s Talent Management Strategy and Acquisition approach to match its long-term growth objectives. He will partner closely with Wealth, Asset and Capital leadership on strategic business builds as these franchises scale. He will build and own the Learning & Development agenda across businesses and functions, with particular focus on senior management development. As 360 ONE continues to scale and integrate recent acquisitions, Abhishek will also serve as the Group’s Culture Custodian, ensuring its values and ways of working stay consistent as the organisation grows.
Abhishek brings over three decades of experience with the Kotak Group, where he held leadership roles across Private Banking, Institutional Sales, Asset Management, Equity and Fixed Income Sales & Trading, and Proprietary Investment Management, in India and international markets. In his most recent role, he served as National Business Head for Kotak Bank’s flagship Private Banking business, where he led the proposition and drove its growth across the country.
