New Delhi/Tirupati,Sep 18: Nandakam, a defect and inspection management application for Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams, was launched by Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Sri N. Chandrababu Naidu, on September 16, 2026, during the ongoing Brahmotsavam celebrations in Tirumala.
Nandakam is built and powered by 3Five8Technologies and is positioned as part of Digital Tirumala — TTD’s broader initiative to modernize both pilgrim-facing services and the operations of the teams who keep Tirumala running. The application is deployed across more than 8,000 residential units in Tirumala Tirupati.
Core capabilities include defect management, inspection checklists and management, complaint tracking and resolution, and back-end insights and live dashboards for monitoring inspection outcomes and complaint trends in real time.
This platform aims to support both TTD’s Facility Management Services team, responsible for maintaining pilgrims’ rooms and facilities, and TTD’s Health Department, which oversees sanitation across Tirumala. Through immediate issue reporting, faster routing to the right team, timely resolution, verified fixes, and real-time tracking, Nandakam will help both teams manage and resolve issues more efficiently,ensuringwell-
