Chennai, Aug 24: Giri Trading Agency is pleased to announce the publication of In the Footsteps of Periyava, an inspiring English-language book by Mr S. R. Krishnan, a devoted disciple of Sri Kanchi Mahaperiyava (Sri Chandrasekharendra Saraswati Mahaswamigal). The book compiles the miracles performed by Mahaperiyava during his lifetime and the divine guidance he graciously bestowed upon his devotees.
Mr S. R. Krishnan, who continues to conduct spiritual discourses in the United States and walk the path of Sanatana Dharma, has captured these sacred experiences with deep devotion and reverence.
The book release function was held at the Mahaperiyava Temple in Mylapore, Chennai, in the divine presence of devotees and well-wishers. The book was released by Mr Swaminathan, a renowned spiritual orator, writer, and a devotee with profound devotion towards Mahaperiyava. Mr Ganesh Sharma, trustee of the Mahaperiyava Temple, Mylapore, and a selfless servant dedicated entirely to Mahaperiyava’s mission, received the first copy.
The event was graced by the Directors of Giri Trading Agency, Mr Ramnarayanan and Mr Srinivasan, along with Mr Amar Girish, Head of Sales. The dignitaries honoured the special guests and expressed their heartfelt gratitude to all those who attended and supported the event.
