Hyderabad, Aug 20: On World Humanitarian Day, August 19, the Sudha Reddy Foundation joins hands with the Advanced Physician Supervised Cardiac Rehab Centre to support heart attack and heart failure survivors on their journey towards recovery and a healthier life.

Every Heart Deserves a Second Chance: Sudha Reddy Foundation Steps In to Support Cardiac Recovery

Recognising that recovery does not end with medical treatment, the Sudha Reddy Foundation is entering into a long-term association with the Cardiac Rehab Centre, with a shared commitment to supporting individuals through the crucial stages of cardiac rehabilitation.

As the first step of this association, the Foundation is extending support to two patients currently undergoing cardiac rehabilitation, with plans to support more patients in the future.

As part of the initiative, Mrs. Sudha Reddy visited the cardiac rehabilitation centre and spent time with the patients and their families, along with the treating doctor. The intimate interaction highlighted the importance of cardiac rehabilitation, continued medical supervision and the emotional support needed as individuals rebuild their lives after a cardiac event.

Mrs. Sudha Reddy personally met the families, extended the Foundation’s support and shared a message of encouragement and hope, reaffirming that every individual deserves the opportunity to heal with dignity and the right support.

Ms. Sudha Reddy said,

“Recovery is not just about surviving a cardiac event; it is about having the support and strength to rebuild your life. Through this association, we hope to stand beside patients and their families during this important journey and help more hearts find their way back to a healthier tomorrow.”

Through this long-term association, the Sudha Reddy Foundation aims to support the centre in providing cardiac rehabilitation to individuals who need continued care, guidance and encouragement beyond their medical treatment.

Beginning with two patients today, the initiative hopes to reach and support many more individuals in the years ahead.
