Bengaluru, Aug12: Kyndryl, a provider of mission-critical enterprise technology services, and Suryoday Small Finance Bank, a Small Finance Bank in India, today announced a collaboration to deploy agentic AI–enabled capabilities throughout the enterprise. These new proficiencies will enhance the bank’s compliance posture and operational efficiency and elevate the customer service experience. Kyndryl will establish an Agentic AI Center of Excellence to help Suryoday Bank identify and utilize opportunities for agentic AI, modernize operations, accelerate services delivery and strengthen responsiveness across its digital and physical channels.

Suryoday Bank will rely on Kyndryl to design and scale agentic AI capabilities that leverage the Kyndryl Agentic AI Framework to reduce customer service response time while improving productivity and efficiency. Improvements will include faster digitization and validation of account-opening forms, and voice-enabled mobile banking support. The Kyndryl Agentic AI Framework enables businesses to move beyond isolated pilots to integrated, intelligent systems that can orchestrate, secure and scale AI agents. 

Suryoday Bank will also use agentic AI to help respond to legal enforcement requests, investigating suspicious transactions, and underwriting Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise loans. These AI-enhanced capabilities will strengthen regulatory compliance in a rapidly evolving landscape and allow staff to focus on higher value work.
