India, Aug 5: Jaipuria School of Business, Ghaziabad, organized its Re-Orientation Programme 2026 for the PGDM Batch 2025–27, marking the commencement of the students’ final academic year after successfully completing their summer internships. Centered around the theme “Corporate Insights and Campus Impact,” the programme provided students with an opportunity to reflect on their internship experiences, realign their academic and career goals, and prepare for the placement season and the final phase of their management journey.
The programme commenced with the welcome address by Prof. Dr. Tapan Kumar Nayak, Director, Jaipuria School of Business, who encouraged students to return to campus with renewed purpose and determination. Describing the transition from internships to campus as a defining phase of growth, he urged students to set a focused 120-day action plan leading up to placements. He emphasized that the coming months would play a crucial role in shaping their careers and encouraged them to make every classroom discussion, project, certification, competition, and industry interaction count. Stressing the importance of academic rigour, discipline, and continuous self-improvement, he reminded students that excellence is achieved through consistent effort and lifelong learning.
Dr. Rupamanjari Ghosh, Mentor, Jaipuria School of Business, inspired students with a thought-provoking address on purpose-driven leadership and lifelong learning. She encouraged them to look beyond conventional definitions of success, discover their true purpose, and align their aspirations with integrity, values, and self-awareness. She emphasized that the final year of the PGDM programme is not only about placements but also about transforming into responsible leaders capable of creating meaningful impact.
The Keynote Address was delivered by Ms. Anjali Sachdeva, Chief Human Resources Officer, Clove Dental, who shared valuable insights into the realities of today’s corporate world. She emphasized that career success extends beyond academic excellence and requires a deep understanding of business, products, customers, and, most importantly, people. Highlighting empathy, emotional intelligence, and self-awareness as essential leadership qualities, she encouraged students to first understand themselves before aspiring to lead others. She also urged them to build upon their internship experiences by continuously strengthening their knowledge, aptitude, attitude, and learning agility.
The Chief Guest, Mr. Anoop T., Senior Vice President & Country Head – Government and Institutional Business, The Federal Bank Limited, inspired students through his remarkable professional journey and leadership experiences. He emphasized that while management education teaches us what needs to be done, true excellence lies in understanding why it needs to be done. Encouraging students to embrace technology without losing the value of human connection, he highlighted empathy, curiosity, and the ability to ask the right questions as the hallmarks of effective leadership. He urged students to remain lifelong learners and approach their professional journey with adaptability and purpose.
The Re-Orientation Programme served as an important platform for students to reconnect with the institute’s academic vision while preparing for the opportunities and challenges of their final year. Returning from diverse internship experiences, students were encouraged to translate their industry exposure into stronger academic engagement, enhanced employability, and responsible leadership.
