Mumbai, July 13: ARKS appointed Dhruv Mathur as its Chief Executive Officer, following a planned leadership transition under which Co-founder and CEO Abhinav Verma steps down from his executive role. Having played a key role in the company’s growth and operations, Dhruv brings deep institutional knowledge and a strong understanding of the business as he takes on this expanded leadership responsibility.
Abhinav Verma has been instrumental in building the brand from the ground up, as a cofounder, defining its strategic vision, establishing its operational foundation and shaping its growth into one of India’s emerging premium lifestyle brands. He will continue to work closely with the leadership team to ensure a seamless transition
