Mumbai , June 16 : Indian Hotels Company , India’s hospitality company, today announced the signing of a Taj hotel in DharamshalaHimachal Pradesh. This is a brownfield project with potential for future expansion.

IHCL SIGNS A TAJ IN DHARAMSHALA HIMACHAL PRADESH

The 105-key Taj Dharamshala offers sweeping views of the valley and the snow-capped Dhauladhar range. Designed to reflect the charm and character of the hills, the heritage wing, historically known as White Haven Estate, which served as the Viceroy’s summer residence in the late 1800s, will be restored. The hotel features an all-day dining restaurant, two specialty restaurants, a bar and a lobby lounge. Guests can unwind at the indoor temperature-controlled swimming pool, gym or the signature J Wellness Circle spa. For events and social gatherings, the hotel offers a banquet hall, a terrace, pre-function spaces, and well-equipped meeting rooms.

With the addition of this hotel, IHCL will have 27 hotels in Himachal Pradesh, including 12 under development.
