New Delhi, June 11: ZS, a global management consulting and technology firm, has released its India social responsibility report for 2025. The report highlights the impact of the firm’s initiatives as it touched over 4,25,550 lives through social programs and strategic partnerships with nonprofit organizations. This ongoing work underscores ZS’s continued commitment to drive measurable social impact.

ZS collaborated with 17 nonprofit partners to address critical societal challenges in four key areas: healthcare, education, environment and sustainability, and economic empowerment. Over 3,100 employee volunteers contributed a total of 12,501 hours in these focus areas. The firm reported spending Rs.10.9 crore in Corporate Social Responsibility .

Through ZS Cares, we leverage our expertise, resources and partnerships to create a tangible impact where it matters most. In FY 2025-26, our initiatives helped deliver healthcare access for over 3,76,000 individuals, up from 72,000 last year. We also empowered more than 13,600 students, compared to 7,700 previously, through STEM education, scholarships and mentorship programs. And we supported more than 625 women as they built pathways to financial independence. As we look ahead, our focus remains on scaling impact with greater accountability and innovation.”

Some notable highlights from the report include:

Promoting equitable and sustainable access to healthcare: ZS in India reached over 3,76,300 beneficiaries through healthcare initiatives focused on preventive care, maternal health and accessibility. Through its continued partnership with Shrimad Rajchandra Love and Care , ZS supported anemia screenings for 3,61,440 individuals, with 78.8% of treated anemic beneficiaries showing hemoglobin improvement and over 11,250 individuals transitioning out of anemia during the year. In partnership with Jivika Healthcare, over 3,200 adolescent girls were vaccinated against HPV across Pune, New Delhi and Bengaluru, an effort recognized by the Hon’ble Mayor of the Pune Municipal Corporation and acknowledged by the Government of Maharashtra’s Chief Minister’s Office. Community healthcare programs delivered through Jeevan Stambh Foundation and Seva Arogya Foundation reached over 6,900 patients through weekly OPDs and 5,200 beneficiaries through preventive camps, while continued support to SHEOWS ensured dignified care for over 100 abandoned elderly residents in the Delhi NCR region.

Empowering future-ready learners: ZS supported over 13,650 students across its education initiatives. Through its partnership with Robotex India, 2,400 students gained hands-on exposure to robotics, coding, AI and IoT, while a state-of-the-art robotics experiential lab at NCERT in New Delhi is set for inauguration to train 6,000+ teachers annually. The ZScholarship Program with Buddy4Study supported 252 students, with 159 ZS mentors guiding 160 scholars through 300+ hours of mentorship.

Building livelihoods with skill development and economic empowerment: ZS’s sustainable livelihood initiatives notably empowered women across geographies. In partnership with Jeevan Stambh Foundation, 137 young women from 10+ villages in Rohtas, Bihar were trained in digital and workplace skills, achieving a ~63% placement conversion rate. Additionally, 423 women in Pune (via Seva Sahayog Foundation) and 90 women in Bengaluru  were equipped with skills to pursue independent livelihoods.

Focus on the environment and sustainability: ZS advanced its environmental agenda through ecosystem restoration and urban green cover expansion. In partnership with Say Earth, the rejuvenated Judola village pond in Gurugram now stores 53,811 KL of water, serving nearly 4,000 residents. Across cities, ZS planted 34,971 saplings through partnerships with Jeevan Stambh Foundation, Green Yatra Trust and Samarthanam Trust, strengthening biodiversity and climate resilience.

A culture of giving back: 3,103 ZSers contributed 12,501 volunteer hours through flagship drives like ZS Cares Day, Digital Gurukul and Khushiyon Ki Dor. At the CanSupport Walk for Life, ZS was recognized as the Largest Corporate Volunteer Group, raising ₹5,40,000 to support 574 cancer patients. ZS also donated 2,350 school kits and 145 laptops to nonprofit organizations, helping establish digital labs and reduce technology waste across the country.
