Thrissur, April 29: The Silent Heroes Awards 2026, hosted by the Event Management Association Kerala, is set to return for its eighth edition on June 6 at Hyatt Regency Thrissur. The annual event aims to recognize, encourage, and celebrate the sustainable efforts and achievements of event management professionals across Kerala.
Over the years, the Silent Heroes Awards have evolved into a prestigious platform honoring the creativity, innovation, and dedication of event agencies and professionals who work behind the scenes to deliver memorable experiences.
The 2026 edition will feature awards across 60 categories, grouped under five major segments: Event Decor and Production, Technical Support & Solutions, Entertainment Design, Venue and Catering Solutions, and Personalised Solutions. Entries will be evaluated by a distinguished 14-member jury comprising industry experts from across the country.
“Our mission is to recognize and celebrate the dedication, creativity, and tireless efforts of behind-the-scenes professionals who make every event a memorable success. Bringing together over 700 agencies from Kerala and beyond, this is Kerala’s largest and most dynamic gathering in the events industry and a perfect platform for networking, collaboration, and inspiration,” said Raju Kannampuzha, President of EMAK.
The event will also feature a B2B Expo, knowledge sessions, keynote addresses, panel discussions, awards ceremony, and entertainment programs, making it a comprehensive industry gathering.
The press conference announcing the event was attended by key EMAK members including Dhishan Ammanath, Bahanan K Areeckal, Praveen Chandran, Joel John, and Gincy Thomas.
