Hyderabad, April 29: Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited, a provider of AI-driven enterprise solutions, has announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with GCIB for Africa Ltd. to collaborate on strategic technology initiatives, with a primary focus on establishing a Digital Factory in Senegal.

The partnership will also explore a range of technology-driven socio-economic projects across Senegal and other African nations, spanning sectors such as IT, renewable energy, infrastructure, healthcare, and education.

Key Objectives of the MoU

  • Establish a non-exclusive collaboration framework between BCSSL and GCIB
  • Explore the creation of Joint Ventures (JV), Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), or other partnership structures
