New Delhi, Mar 11: Verint Systems Inc., widely known as The CX Automation Company™, has announced the expansion of its AI-powered bot portfolio to customers of Calabrio, just three months after the merger between the two companies. Through the Verint CX Automation Platform, Calabrio customers now gain direct access to Verint’s AI-driven automation capabilities without the need to migrate or replace their existing infrastructure.

This milestone highlights Verint’s commitment to delivering immediate and measurable business outcomes for customers across the combined portfolio. With the integration, Calabrio customers can further enhance their workforce management (WFM) and conversational intelligence investments using Verint’s AI-powered automation, while Verint customers can leverage Calabrio’s advanced workforce and analytics solutions.

Through this integration, Calabrio customers now have access to several advanced Verint AI-powered bots, including:

  • Verint Genie Bot – Enables analysts and supervisors to ask questions about customer interaction data in plain language, delivering actionable insights without requiring a data science team.

  • Verint TimeFlex Bot – Provides intelligent workforce scheduling flexibility within Calabrio’s WFM environment to help ensure the right agents are available at the right time.

  • Verint Agent Copilot Bots – Automates manual agent workflows in real time, including in-call knowledge retrieval, coaching, and post-call wrap-up tasks.

  • Verint Intelligent Virtual Assistant (IVA) – Uses agentic AI to autonomously resolve customer interactions across voice, digital, and messaging channels, enabling brands to automate end-to-end customer engagements.
