Bengaluru, Mar 19: TableSprint announced the launch of Fernor, an AI-powered go-to-market (GTM) agent designed to help founders and sales teams manage customer conversations, qualify leads, and scale outbound sales without requiring engineering support.
Built on TableSprint’s AI agent infrastructure, Fernor integrates inbound chat, conversational voice AI, and outbound calling into a single platform. The solution enables businesses to engage prospects, answer product queries, follow up with leads, and automatically schedule demos—streamlining the entire sales engagement process.
Designed for SaaS startups, e-commerce companies, and service businesses, Fernor addresses a major industry challenge: the complexity of deploying AI tools. Unlike traditional solutions that require technical expertise, Fernor acts as a self-service AI agent builder, enabling non-developers to deploy and manage AI-driven sales workflows with minimal setup.
“Founders and sales teams shouldn’t need to build AI agents from scratch just to engage their customers,” said Abhijeet Kumar, Founder & CEO of TableSprint. “With Fernor, we’re offering a ready-to-deploy AI agent that allows teams to focus on closing deals rather than managing technology. It’s like having a 24/7 sales representative that never misses a lead.”
Fernor supports multi-turn conversations with contextual memory, delivering more natural and human-like interactions. With real-time speech recognition and low latency, the platform can also handle multilingual conversations, helping businesses engage diverse customer bases more effectively.
Key Capabilities of Fernor
-
Inbound Conversations: AI-powered chat and voice agents engage website visitors, answer queries, qualify leads, and book demos in real time
-
Lead Follow-Ups: Automated outbound calls ensure timely responses to inbound leads
-
Outbound Sales Outreach: Teams can upload prospect lists, allowing Fernor to run outbound campaigns, qualify leads, and schedule meetings
The launch comes amid rapid growth in the voice AI market, as businesses increasingly adopt conversational technologies to enhance sales productivity and customer engagement. Industry estimates suggest significant expansion in global and Indian voice AI adoption over the coming decade, driven by demand for automation and scalable customer interaction solutions.
Founded in 2024, TableSprint initially started as an AI-powered development platform and has since evolved into a broader AI agent infrastructure provider. The company was founded by Abhijeet Kumar, Chirag Jadhav, and Naga Santosh Joysula.
Prior to TableSprint, Abhijeet Kumar co-founded RainCan, which was later acquired by BigBasket and rebranded as BBdaily. He also brings experience from Oracle in enterprise applications and supply chain systems.
TableSprint has raised $1 million in seed funding from a network of angel investors and venture firms, including Ankit Bhati, Ajeet Khurana, Sunil Sharma, and firms such as BlueLotus Ventures, TDV Partners, and DGC Ventures.
Fernor is currently available in early access, with businesses able to deploy the platform within days through guided onboarding and minimal technical setup.
With Fernor, TableSprint aims to reduce operational workload for sales teams while enabling startups and growing businesses to scale their go-to-market efforts more efficiently through AI-driven automation.
