Hyderabad, Mar 24: Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited, a provider of AI-driven enterprise solutions, has announced the receipt of a purchase order from Central Electronics Limited (CEL), a Government of India enterprise, for the deployment of its Access Genie AI platform within the Telangana Arogyasree healthcare ecosystem.

CEL will serve as the contracting authority for the engagement. Under the scope of the order, BCSSL will deploy its Access Genie AI capabilities and support field-level assessments along with end-customer survey activities across Arogyasree programme facilities in Telangana.

Strategic Significance

This engagement marks a significant step in BCSSL’s public sector healthcare strategy. The collaboration represents an initial institutional engagement within a flagship state healthcare programme and establishes a potentially scalable model for similar deployments across other states, subject to execution and future commercial arrangements.

The initiative also creates opportunities for platform-led service continuity, enabling BCSSL to expand its AI-driven offerings over time based on performance outcomes and evolving customer requirements.

Market Context

The deployment aligns with key trends shaping government healthcare technology, including the shift towards proactive care, increasing adoption of Edge AI for data privacy and reduced latency, and growing investments in healthcare digitisation at the state level.

Commenting on the development, Tejesh Kodali, Group Chairman, BCSSL, said,

“This engagement provides an important reference point for pursuing similar opportunities in public healthcare programmes across India. By deploying Access Genie AI within the Telangana Arogyasree ecosystem, we aim to drive meaningful improvements in hospital surveillance, patient safety, and workflow efficiency, while building a scalable model for broader adoption.”
