The highly anticipated beachfront resort marks the brand’s debut in the United Arab Emirates, bringing its signature wellness-led hospitality to the iconic Palm Jumeirah.
Located on the West Crescent, the all-suite resort features 61 suites and 172 privately owned branded residences, offering sweeping views across the Arabian Gulf, The Palm, and Dubai’s skyline. Designed to foster harmony and connection, the resort blends serene coastal living with easy access to the vibrant city.
Architecture and interiors by SAOTA draw inspiration from regional traditions, interpreted through a contemporary and sustainable lens. Natural materials such as stone and timber, sand-toned finishes, and subtle local design elements create warm, light-filled spaces. Floor-to-ceiling windows and private terraces—some with pools—enhance the seamless indoor-outdoor experience.
At the heart of the resort lies a 60,000-square-foot spa and wellness facility, combining traditional therapies with advanced longevity science. Guests will have access to a Longevity Clinic, hydrotherapy areas, biohacking experiences, an Alchemy Bar, and dedicated indoor and outdoor yoga and meditation spaces. The on-site Earth Lab will host interactive workshops promoting sustainable practices, while a dedicated Sustainability Fund will support community-driven initiatives beyond the resort.

Extending the brand’s philosophy into private ownership, the residential collection includes Penthouses, Royal Penthouses, duplex Sky Villas, and nine five-bedroom beachfront Signature Villas. This development is the first of two planned residential projects in Dubai, followed by Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina, scheduled to open in 2028 and set to become the world’s tallest residential tower with a wellbeing-focused design.
