The exhibition will showcase IGBC-certified and pre-certified green residential and commercial projects that contribute to Telangana’s sustainability goals. In addition to property showcases, the event will feature a curated range of eco-friendly products, technologies, and services designed to make sustainable living accessible and practical.
Visitors, including homebuyers, property owners, investors, and tenants, will have the opportunity to explore innovative solutions that support environmentally responsible lifestyles. The showcased technologies and products are easy to adopt and deliver measurable impact, promoting healthier living environments and improved quality of life.
Adoption of green building practices is expected to significantly optimize the state’s energy and water infrastructure by reducing overall resource demand. This positions Telangana as a frontrunner in sustainable development and a model for environmentally responsible urban growth in India.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. C. Shekhar Reddy, National Chairman, CII IGBC, said,
“Hyderabad has emerged as a leading hub for sustainable development in India, and the 3rd IGBC Green Property Show reflects the growing momentum of the green building movement.
