A grand Pran Pratishtha ceremony will be held on February 20 at the newly constructed temple located at Shankar Farm near Jadoul Rajwahe in Gram Panchayat Kakrai, Bulandshahr. Preparations for the religious function are in full swing in the village and surrounding areas, and a large turnout of devotees is expected.

The temple will have idols of Lord Shiva and his family, Radha and Krishna, Lord Ram, Lakshman, Goddess Sita, Goddess Durga, and Lord Hanuman installed. Prior to the main ceremony, rituals such as traditional prayers, havan (sacred fire ritual), and chanting of Vedic mantras have already commenced under the supervision of priests.

Founder of Shankar Farm, Mr. Momraj Sharma, informed that a series of religious activities have been planned before the main consecration ceremony. As part of these rituals, a Kalash Yatra will be organized on Thursday, in which 21 women will carry sacred pots and take out a procession across Kakrai village to create a devotional atmosphere.

On February 19, a grand religious procession will be taken out featuring the idols of Radha-Krishna, Ram-Lakshman, Goddess Sita, Goddess Durga, and the Shiva family. The procession will pass through different routes of the village and conclude at the temple premises, with participation from villagers and devotees from nearby areas.

According to the organizing committee, the Pran Pratishtha rituals will be performed on February 20 with full Vedic traditions and proper religious procedures. After the ceremony, a grand community feast will be organized for devotees. Villagers are extending collective support to make the event a success.
