Across Mumbai’s evolving wellness landscape, fitness is no longer a solitary pursuit confined to gyms or strict diet routines. A new culture is emerging one where movement, mindfulness, and nourishment intersect through social experiences and community-led wellness gatherings.

From sunrise yoga sessions overlooking the Gateway of India to early morning run clubs and founder-led fitness circles, urban wellness today is increasingly shaped by shared rituals rather than rigid regimes.
Amid this shift, a new functional nutrition brand – Skyway is quietly becoming part of these emerging communities. Through a series of curated wellness activations across Mumbai over the past couple of months, Skyway has introduced Cloud Shake, a ready-to-drink protein milkshake designed to fit naturally into modern lifestyles where nutrition, taste, and social experience coexist.
One such gathering recently took place at Mahalaxmi Racecourse, where the On Tour Club Run brought together a community of runners and wellness enthusiasts for an early morning run, ending with a recovery moment featuring Cloud Shake protein milkshakes. In another experience, participants gathered at the Gateway of India for Sunrise Yacht Yoga, practising a guided Vinyasa flow on the water before ending the session with Cloud Shake as a post-practice refuelling ritual.
Around International Women’s Day, Skyway also partnered with wellness communities to host a movement-led gathering bringing together female founders, creators, and professionals for a morning focused on strength, balance, and wellbeing.
These events reflect a broader cultural shift where wellness is becoming social, experiential, and community-driven.
At the centre of these experiences is Cloud Shake, Skyway’s flagship functional nutrition offering.
Unlike traditional protein drinks, Cloud Shake has been designed to feel more like a guilt-free milkshake, something that satisfies cravings while still delivering high nutritional value.
Each serving contains 26g of clean complete protein, placing it among the highest-protein ready-to-drink milkshakes currently available in India.
The formulation also reflects Skyway’s philosophy of functional nourishment rather than restrictive dieting.
Cloud Shake is sweetened using monk fruit, a rare plant-based sweetener known for delivering natural sweetness without sugar spikes or artificial aftertaste.
It also includes KSM-66 Ashwagandha, a clinically researched adaptogen known for helping the body manage stress, alongside prebiotic fibre for gut health, Omega-3s for inflammation support, and a micronutrient blend including spinach, moringa, and wheatgrass.
Equally notable is what the formulation leaves out.
Cloud Shake contains no artificial sweeteners, sugar alcohols, artificial colours, artificial flavours, date concentrate, or apple juice concentrate, ingredients commonly used across the ready-to-drink nutrition category.
Instead, Skyway has focused on building a clean-label formulation that prioritises both taste and nutritional integrity, making it the cleanest ready-to-drink shake in India.
Currently available in Choco Hazel and Banana Berry, the flavours lean into comfort and familiarity, reinforcing the brand’s belief that functional nutrition should feel enjoyable rather than medicinal.
“We didn’t want to create another protein drink that feels like a strict fitness supplement,” says the founder Aseem Agarwal. “Our goal was to build something people would genuinely enjoy drinking, something that could fit into real life, whether after a run, during a busy workday, or simply as a healthier alternative to sugar-heavy beverages.”
As Skyway continues to grow its presence, the brand plans to expand the Cloud Shake range with additional flavours. Coffee, vanilla and matcha might not launch for some time, while tiramisu is something that’s ready.
In doing so, Skyway hopes to reshape protein to be perceived not just as gym fuel, but as a daily ritual for modern, active living.
