Hyderabad, Mar 05: Gamepoint, a technology-enabled sports company operating professionally managed multi-sport centres across Hyderabad and Warangal, has entered into an Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with CoLLearn Sports, a sports education and career acceleration platform, to jointly develop trained professionals for the sports industry. Under this partnership, CoLLearn will launch its Full Job-Integrated Sports Management Program in Hyderabad, with Gamepoint serving as the official Internship and Placement Partner.

The program integrates academic learning with real-time operational exposure. Students enrolled in the program will begin structured On-the-Job Training (OJT) from the first month itself, gaining hands-on exposure to live sports operations and related business functions within Gamepoint’s centres. Instead of classroom-only instruction, participants will work within active operational environments while they learn. In addition, eligible candidates will have the opportunity to be considered for long-term roles with Gamepoint and its partners

Speaking about the partnership, Aditya Reddy, Co-founder and CEO, Gamepoint, said,

“India’s sports sector is expanding rapidly and the demand for trained professionals is increasing across the entire spectrum including operations and management. At Gamepoint, as we continue to grow our multi-sport centre network, we see first-hand the importance of having skilled teams on the ground. CoLLearn has been doing a tremendous job in the field of sports education and this partnership allows us to contribute to building that talent pipeline by providing practical exposure to aspiring sports management professionals.”

Srishty Jain, Founder and CEO, CoLLearn Sports, said,

“Sports education in India must move beyond classrooms. Through structured On-the-Job Training from Month 1, we are ensuring that students don’t wait until graduation to experience the industry — they become part of it immediately. Gamepoint, known for its professional approach to sports, is the perfect industry partner for this program in Hyderabad.”

CoLLearn’s Full Job-Integrated Sports Management Program follows a learning-by-doing approach from Day 1. The collaboration aims to strengthen the industry-academia bridge in Telangana and reflects a move towards performance-driven, employment-linked career pathways in sports management.

Gamepoint recently raised a Pre-Series A round to support its expansion plans and scale its multi-sport centre network. As the company prepares for its next phase of growth, the partnership with CoLLearn aligns with its focus on building trained talent to support operational and management roles across the organisation.
