Addressing the realities of modern digital life, Dr. Daneshwar Sharma highlighted the need to handle criticism and social media trolling with resilience and emotional balance. Varsha Bhansali further encouraged students to adopt journaling and gratitude practices as tools for self-reflection and mental well-being.

The session was moderated by Dr. Tina Jain, and included an engaging rapid-fire round followed by an interactive Q&A session with students.
