New Delhi, April 11: Dr. Rajib Mukhapadhyay, Co-founder of ‘Le Rythme’, has been honored with the MIICCIA Legend Enterprise Awards 2026 for his exceptional contribution in the field of finance, social service and skill development. The award was presented by Shri Rajeev Shukla, Hon’ble Member of Parliament, Rajya Sabha and Vice President of the BCCI .
As an alumni of IIM Kolkata and Fellow member of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India, Dr. Rajib Mukhapadhyay has over 30 years of global leadership experience. Along with his corporate achievements, he has given a new dimension to social service through Le Rythme, under which impactful work is being done in the areas of skill development programs, employment opportunities, and empowerment of underprivileged communities including specially abled persons. Dr. Mukhapadhyay’s leadership represents a unique blend of business excellence and humanitarian service, serving as an inspiration for young industry leaders. He has dedicated this award to his wife, Late Smt Rini Mukherjee, who was the renowned singer and founder of Le Rythme. She had worked relentlessly for the development of the marginalised segments of the society and offered thousands of jobs to the marginalised sections of the society after skill development training by Le Rythme across different parts of India.
The MIICCIA Legend Enterprise Awards 2026, commemorating a decade of excellence by the Millennial India International Chamber of Commerce, Industry & Agriculture (MIICCIA), was held with great distinction at The Ashok Hotel, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi. The prestigious ceremony brought together an eminent gathering of policymakers, diplomats, industry leaders, and distinguished guests from across India and abroad.

Ltd. were honoured for their contributions to economic growth. The awards also recognized distinguished individuals such as Shri Zafar Iqbal, Smt. Anuradha Prasad Shukla, Smt.
