The Calcutta Pork Addicts, a community known for championing pork-centric culinary narratives in India, have exclusively collaborated with Cherish Farm to curate an immersive, pork-forward Chef’s Table experience on the 1st of February 2026.

Cherish Farm is a working farm and farmhouse experience rooted in agro tourism, set along the banks of the Bhima River, about 45 kilometres from Pune. Designed to offer a closer connection to the land, it provides the perfect setting for this thoughtfully curated culinary journey, where guests experience food in its most natural, unhurried form.

Designed as a deep dive into ethical farming and ingredient-led cooking, the experience will be curated by Chef Pema and Chef Abhishek, bringing together responsible meat sourcing, local produce, and thoughtful culinary storytelling.

The day begins with a guided farm walk, offering guests insight into Cherish Farm’s agricultural practices and the journey of ingredients from source to plate. This is followed by a slow paddle-boat session along the Bhima River, offering guests an opportunity to unwind and connect with the surrounding landscape, reinforcing the philosophy of slow food and conscious dining.

The experience concludes with a seated, chef-led pork-forward menu that highlights the versatility of pork, indigenous flavours, and produce grown on the farm.

Ilvika Chandawarkar, Head of Research & Development at Malaka Spice shares,

“This collaboration is about respect for ingredients, and telling the story of pork in a way that is honest and elevated. We love collaborating with Chefs who enjoy working with farm produce and Chef Pema and Abhishek, who embody this philosophy are putting together a truly memorable experience”

The Calcutta Pork Addicts x Cherish Farm Chef’s Table is designed for diners seeking immersive culinary experiences, sustainability-driven food narratives, and a deeper connection with where their food comes from.
