This dynamic format emphasizes power-hitting and aggressive batting, delivering an exciting spectacle for cricket fans. In 2007 The T20 World Cup started and India was the champion.
Historically, the West Indies have won the tournament twice (2012 and 2016), Pakistan once (2009), England twice (2010 and 2022), Sri Lanka once (2014), and Australia once (2021). The 2024 edition of the tournament, hosted by the USA and held from June 2nd to 29th, has reached its climax today.
