He says, “This was such a unique experience for me! In real life, I’m unmarried, so being in a wedding mandap for the first time felt surreal, almost like a rehearsal for my own big day! Up until now, I’ve mostly played negative roles, and let’s face it, the bad guys rarely get married! But in this show, after playing Shaitan, I finally got to step into a positive role, which led to this wedding. I wasn’t even mentally prepared for it at first, but it turned out to be an emotional moment for me. Wedding rituals are so meaningful, and I learned a lot about them through this experience. And what makes it even more special? It’s a wedding of Beauty and the Beast, definitely not your typical love story!”
He further added, “The most fun part of the wedding was that the same Pandit Ji, who officiates weddings in all the TV serials, was doing ours too and he’s a real-life Pandit! It was such a cool experience. The whole wedding look was totally different from my usual character; they gave me this beautiful, traditional Rajasthani look. Though one thing that drove me a little crazy was having to smile every second and look happy non-stop, it’s harder than it sounds! The whole wedding had a proper Rajasthani vibe, from the setup to the decorations, and it looked absolutely stunning. I always thought I’d go for a destination wedding in Goa, but now I’m all about Rajasthan! I’d love to have a destination wedding there.”
