Hyderabad, Mar 09: Women can bring meaningful change in society when they support and uplift one another, said High Court Judge Juvvadi Sridevi. Speaking at a special panel discussion organized on the theme “Give to Gain” to mark International Women’s Day, she emphasized the growing role of women in shaping society. The event was organized by KIMS Cuddles in association with KIMS Hospitals.

Addressing the gathering as the chief guest, Justice Sridevi noted that women today are not confined to their homes but are progressing alongside men in every field. She appreciated the remarkable contributions of women doctors and healthcare professionals serving in hospitals and urged women to develop leadership qualities in their respective fields.
She particularly highlighted the dedicated services rendered by nurses in the healthcare sector and acknowledged the vital role women play in leadership, service, and social development. The discussion focused on how women supporting one another can bring positive change in society and how a spirit of service can help achieve success.
The panel featured several distinguished women leaders who shared their perspectives, including film writer and television scriptwriter Gaulani Challagulla, Shwetha Adolia, Founder of The Panache Community, Jerisa Jasper Paul, Founder of Second Chance Foundation and social activist, Dr. Manimala Rao, Director of Medical Education at KIMS Hospitals, Dr. M. Madhavi, Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist, and Haritha Vijayan, GM – Nursing, KIMS Hospitals.
The session was moderated by Pooja Marathe, Child Nutritionist and Lactation Professional.
The event also featured cultural performances, engaging entertainment programs, and special surprises arranged for women. Doctors, nurses, and healthcare staff from various departments of KIMS Hospitals enthusiastically participated in the celebrations.
