Kolkata, Mar 25: In a significant step towards strengthening minimally invasive healthcare practices, Techno India DAMA Hospital today inaugurated its state-of-the-art Indian Association Of Gynaecological Endoscopist (IAGE) Training Centre for the doctors. Present in the inauguration ceremony were, Dr. Kalyan Barmade, IAGE President, Dr. Bhaskar Pal, FOGSI President,Dr Sujal Munshi, Hon. General Secretary of IAGE, Dr Subhash Mallya, IAGE Member,Prof. Manoshi Roychowdhury, Co-Chairperson of Techno India Group and Co-Chancellor of Techno India University, Dr Sourav Ghosh, Medical Director, Techno India DAMA Hospital and Mrs. Mona Sarkar, Chief Executive Officer, Techno India DAMA Hospital.

Established in collaboration with the IAGE the newly launched centre aims to empower the healthcare professionals with cutting-edge skills in endoscopic procedures. Headed by Prof. Dr. Aloke Kumar De and Dr. Chiranjit Ghosh the IAGE Endoscopic Training Centrewill serve as a premier hub for innovative and progressive operation training through academic exchange and high clinical excellence. It is supported by modern simulation systems, advanced endoscopic instruments and dedicated training modules. The training programs will involve the surgeons and gynaecologists from across the region and beyond.
