Noida, Mar 27: ICCPL Foundation, the CSR arm of ICCPL Group, successfully conducted a menstrual hygiene awareness and sanitary pad distribution drive across Noida and Indirapuram as part of its ongoing #RahatWithICCPL initiative.
Launched on the occasion of International Women’s Day and extended through the auspicious period of Navratri, the initiative aimed to improve access to safe menstrual products while promoting awareness around healthy hygiene practices.
The drive addressed critical gaps in awareness and accessibility, while actively discouraging the use of unsafe alternatives. Through on-ground community engagement, the Foundation facilitated open conversations around menstrual health—an issue that continues to face stigma and limited dialogue in many communities. Alongside product distribution, the initiative emphasized education as a key driver of long-term behavioural change.
Commenting on the initiative, Ambika Saxena, CEO of ICCPL Foundation, said:

This menstrual health effort was designed to move beyond symbolic observances and focus on consistent, on-ground engagement. Extending from Women’s Day to Navratri, it allowed us to connect two important moments through a shared purpose: supporting women in ways that are practical and relevant. Menstrual hygiene remains an area where awareness and access need to go hand in hand. Through this effort, we aimed to contribute in a small but meaningful way by encouraging informed choices, addressing everyday challenges, and engaging directly with communities where such conversations are still limited.”
Drawing inspiration from the spirit of Navratri, which celebrates feminine strength or ‘Shakti,’ the outreach focused on translating devotion into meaningful action by supporting and empowering women in their everyday lives.
Under its flagship #RahatWithICCPL initiative, ICCPL Foundation has previously undertaken several community-driven interventions, including a blanket distribution drive for the homeless during winter.
The Foundation continues to expand its efforts under #RahatWithICCPL, with a focus on strengthening awareness, improving access, and encouraging broader participation from communities and organizations working towards advancing women’s health, dignity, and well-being.
