Mar 12:  DLF Emporio marked International Women’s Day with a powerful evening of purpose and prestige, hosting an exclusive Charity Gala Auction in collaboration with The Bigger Picture, on 5th March 2026. India’s premier luxury destination became a beacon for philanthropy, uniting elite designers, global luxury houses, and Delhi’s most influential patrons in a bold stand against cervical cancer. Leading designers, global luxury maisons, and Delhi’s most eminent patrons gathered in solidarity to champion a critical cause in the prevention of and awareness for cervical cancer. 

Envisioned as an exclusive charity auction, the evening showcased limited edition ensembles, distinctive accessories and collectible homeware, generously contributed by 27 renowned international and Indian luxury brands housed at DLF Emporio and The Chanakya. Bidding soared, channelling proceeds to deliver HPV vaccinations and vital prevention measures for underprivileged women, transforming an evening of glamour into one enduring, impactful endeavour.

This initiative was led by The Bigger Picture, founded in 2014 by philanthropist Vani Gupta, this initiative amplifies preventive healthcare in underprivileged communities, prioritising awareness, early intervention, and vaccination support. Cervical cancer, largely caused by the Human Papilloma Virus (HPV), remains one of the most prevalent cancer ailments among women in India despite being highly preventable and treatable, when detected early. Through the collective generosity of participating brands and patrons, the initiative successfully raised funds that will enable HPV vaccinations for over 200 young girls, contributing to the greater effort of protecting future generations through early and effective prevention.

The evening’s auction featured a phenomenal lineup of contributions across categories. In fashion, participating designers included Abhishek Gupta, Aisha Rao, ASAL by Abu Sandeep, Dabiri, Ekaya Banaras, Ensemble, 431-88 | Shweta Kapur (via Ensemble), Ridhima Bhasin (via Ensemble), Gaurav Gupta, Janavi India, Perona, Ranna Gill, Ravi Bajaj, Ridhi Mehra, Satya Paul, Shivan & Narresh, Suneet Varma, and Surekha Jain, each offering exclusive pieces for the auction.

Fashion accessories were represented by Ash Amaira, Corneliani, Outhouse, and Rimzim Dadu, while the homeware and art category showcased exquisite pieces from Baccarat, Jay Strongwater, Mérci, Ravissant, and The Entertainment Design Company. Among the highlights of the evening was also an art piece contributed by Masha Art, and an à-la-carte dining experience by Royal China at The Chanakya was also up for grabs.

The event saw Delhi NCR’s UHNI community and prominent personalities come together to champion the noble cause. Among the attendees were Pernia Qureshi, who appeared as the muse for Shivan & Narresh, Priyanka Nagar as the muse for Aisha Rao, Neha Nagar representing ASAL by Abu Sandeep, Aalia Mohan & Arushi Mehra as the muse for Ridhi Mehra, and Sunaini Sarin Gupta for Gaurav Gupta, joined by many other esteemed supporters. Joining the muses were other distinguished guests, including Tanisha Mohan, with designers Shivan Bhatiya and Narresh Kukreja, among others, who added to the charm and generosity of the evening.
