Headlined by legendary dance icon Prabhu Deva, the second day featured a spectacular lineup including Saanvee Meghana, Nikki Galrani, Sayyeshaa, Shriya Saran, Anukeerthi Vyas, Samyuktha Shan, and Yashika Anand. A unique and heartwarming highlight of the evening saw faculty members sharing the stage with Prabhu Deva for a special dance performance, alongside the college’s dance team “Rugged”—a group of students personally mentored and trained by him over the past month—creating a powerful showcase of talent, collaboration, and mentorship.
Following the phenomenal success of Day 1, which witnessed a record footfall of over 18,000 students, RECHARGE 2026 had already set a historic benchmark in college culturals. The opening day was marked by a groundbreaking performance by global music maestro A. R. Rahman, making it the first time he performed live on a college campus. The evening also featured stellar performances by Shweta Mohan, Rakshita Suresh, Amrutha Suresh, Nakul Abhyankar, Blaaze, Haricharan, Aditya R K, Nitesh Aher, and A. R. Ameen, collectively creating an unforgettable musical experience that energized the massive audience.
