Amity University Uttar Pradesh has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Celebal Technologies to strengthen industry-academia collaboration and create enhanced training, internship, and placement opportunities for the students.
Expressing his pleasure on the collaboration with Amity University, Mr. Sarthak Acharjee, Senior Manager Celebal Technologies stated,
“With a workforce of over 3,000 professionals, Celebal Technologies is a leading software company specializing in Data Science, Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, and Enterprise Cloud solutions. We are continuously looking to onboard fresh talent to bridge the gap between academia and industry. Young professionals bring innovative ideas that are crucial for organizational growth. Each year, we recruit more than 500 fresh graduates from various institutions. This MoU will further strengthen our collaboration with academia, enhance student employability, and provide structured internship and placement opportunities.”
Dr. Manoj Kumar Pandey, Director, Amity School of Engineering and Technology (ASET), highlighted the significance of the partnership, stating,
“This collaboration establishes a strong framework for industry-oriented training, project-based learning, internships, and placements with Celebal Technologies. The MoU will facilitate meaningful engagement between the institution and the industry, enabling students to enhance their technical competencies through a well-structured curriculum. Registered candidates will undergo comprehensive training, followed by mandatory internships and evaluation through hackathons, which will determine their full-time employability at the organization.”
Dr. Madhuri Kumari, Deputy Director (Placement & Industry Relations), ASET, extended a warm welcome to the guests and emphasized upon the importance of such partnerships in preparing students for the evolving demands of the global job market.
