Delhi-NCR, Mar 18th: XLRI Delhi-NCR, a premier management institution recognised for academic excellence, industry engagement, and policy-focused research, successfully concluded the fourth edition of EvolvX 2026, its flagship annual startup conclave, held at Xavier Hall on the XLRI Delhi-NCR campus. Organised jointly by the Post Graduate Diploma in Management, Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Venture Development (PGDM-IEV) programme and E-Cell XLRI Delhi, the two-day event brought together more than 200 students, founders, industry practitioners, and entrepreneurship enthusiasts from across the Delhi-NCR region.

EvolvX 2026 served as a dynamic platform for conversations on entrepreneurship, venture building, and innovation-led growth. The conclave featured a series of interactive sessions, founder talks, and experiential competitions designed to expose students to the realities of startup building and early-stage business development. Alongside the speaker sessions, the event hosted three student competitions BizzPitch, The Dark Room, and The Attention Economy which challenged participants to apply entrepreneurial thinking, strategic decision-making, and marketing creativity in simulated real-world business scenarios.

A highlight of the conclave was the participation of an eminent lineup of entrepreneurial leaders and practitioners. Key sessions were delivered by Mr. Sabeer Bhatia, Co-Founder of Hotmail and Mr. Anubhav Dubey, Co-Founder of Chai Sutta Bar, who shared insights from their journeys in building and scaling globally recognised ventures. The speaker lineup also featured Ms. Anooja Bashir, Co-Founder of FlexiCloud and Quroa; Mr. Kshitij Rishi, COO of 4basecare; and Mr. Vijay Pratap Singh, Founder of Ekgaon, who engaged students in discussions around startup ecosystems, brand building, growth strategies, and the evolving entrepreneurial landscape.

Speaking on the successful conclusion of EvolvX 2026, Fr. Nelson A. D’Silva, S.J., Acting Director, XLRI Delhi-NCR, said: “Entrepreneurship is not merely about creating wealth for oneself; it is about creating value for society. As Adam Smith reflected in The Wealth of Nations, wealth ultimately belongs to society, and when invested wisely, it benefits the larger world. Successful ventures are those that solve real problems and contribute meaningfully to the community.

At XLRI – Xavier School of Management, we believe that trust is the foundation of every successful entrepreneurial journey. Trust is built on four pillars: consistency, competence, integrity, and compassion. Entrepreneurs must be reliable in their actions, develop deep expertise in their chosen field, demonstrate strong character and values, and, most importantly, show compassion by creating ideas that address real human needs.

Platforms like evolvX encourage young innovators to think responsibly, collaborate, and transform meaningful ideas into viable ventures that contribute to the growth of society and the nation.”

The conclave also featured a student startup showcase, highlighting emerging ventures led by young founders within the XLRI community. Student entrepreneurs presented their early-stage ventures spanning sectors such as infrastructure solutions, wellness and lifestyle services, AI-driven SaaS platforms, and digital media innovation. Their presentations offered participants a glimpse into the diverse ideas and innovative solutions being developed by the next generation of entrepreneurs.

With the successful completion of its fourth edition, EvolvX continues to strengthen XLRI Delhi-NCR’s efforts to build a vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem by fostering dialogue between founders, industry practitioners, and students. The conclave reaffirmed the institution’s commitment to nurturing innovation-driven leadership and equipping aspiring entrepreneurs with the insights and networks needed to translate ideas into impactful ventures.
