Mumbai, Feb 16: WeWork India Management Limited, today announced the opening of its new center – WeWork Atrium Place, located in Udyog Vihar, Gurugram. WeWork Atrium Place is spread across ~90,000 sq. ft. of space, with two floors. Backed by transaction advisory support from CBRE, the new centre reinforces WeWork India’s growing presence in NCR and marks its sixth centre in partnership with the leading real estate developer DLF.

WeWork Atrium Place is strategically positioned to meet the sustained demand for premium flexible workspaces that combine prime location with modern design. Located in Udyog Vihar, the centre spans the 6th and 7th floors and offers over 1,200 desks. As NCR continues to witness strong office space absorption, Gurugram remains its leading commercial hub, accounting for nearly 60% of the region’s market share, followed by Noida and Delhi, with demand driven largely by consulting and IT-BPM sectors. Building on this momentum, WeWork India plays a key role in enabling flexible working across NCR. With 14 centres across major business districts in the NCR, the company empowers organisations of all sizes to scale with agility while accessing premium locations and enterprise-grade infrastructure. Over the past two years, WeWork India has recorded a 50% increase in enterprise desks across the NCR region, driven by strong demand from the finance, technology, and professional services sectors, among others.

Atrium Place is a newly constructed, amenity-rich commercial development centered around a 25-metre-high all-weather atrium. It also benefits from strong regional connectivity and visibility, situated just off NH 48 and close to Rapid Metro access, the center is also about a 10 km drive from IGI Airport. The surrounding ecosystem includes hotels, restaurants, healthcare facilities, banks, and corporate offices, making it well suited for enterprise teams and visiting clients. The building incorporates intelligent building management systems, UV enabled dual air filtration, energy efficient facades, CO2 sensor-based ventilation, and advanced fire and life safety standards, supporting sustainability and occupant wellbeing.

Commenting on this expansion, Arnav S. Gusain, Chief of Supply, WeWork India said,

“The future of work is being shaped by flexibility, experience, and resilience at scale. Today, expectations from workspaces, particularly from large enterprises, extend well beyond square footage to include location advantage, design quality, and operational reliability. In the past two years alone, we have added more than 3,000 desks in NCR through enterprise-led transactions, underscoring the strong demand for managed and flexible workspace solutions. Gurugram remains a critical growth market for enterprise demand, and Atrium Place brings together a prime business address, design-forward environments, and enterprise-grade infrastructure.”

Designed to serve a wide mix of enterprises and fast-growing companies, the Atrium Place features a modern minimalist design with functional layouts, ergonomic workstations, and collaboration zones tailored for enterprise teams. It maximizes natural light and uses warm layered lighting, teak veneer finishes, chamfered partitions, and glass brick accents to create a comfortable, refined environment. The center also features an indoor event space, presentation rooms, wellness and game rooms, phone booths, a coffee bar, F&B market, print nooks, as well as paid parking. The broader tech park further supports occupiers with a retail crèche, gym, coffee shop, bank, food court, and medical store, creating a self-contained workplace ecosystem.
