New Delhi, 25th February 2025: Polaris Smart Metering Pvt Ltd, a leading smart metering solution provider, today announced that it has signed a landmark contract with THINK Gas to supply 1 million smart gas meters. The agreement represents the single-largest contract, running north of INR 500 crore, in the history of gas meter supply in India, marking a significant milestone in the country’s journey toward smarter and more efficient energy solutions.
Under this agreement, Polaris Smart Metering will supply advanced smart gas meters and provide comprehensive Head-End System (HES) and Meter Data Management System (MDMS) support. These systems will empower THINK Gas with cutting-edge, AI-enabled analysis of gas consumption data and create real-time dashboards, offering valuable and decisive insights into gas consumption patterns, driving operational efficiencies and enhanced customer experiences.
